EAC provided both design-build and design-bid-build services for Halsey Field House at the U.S. Naval Academy, Annapolis, Maryland. The scope of services included providing the design of a covered path from Gate 1 through the quarterdeck to the Armel-Leftwich Visitors Center.  The quarterdeck was designed to demonstrate the basic principles of the mission statement of the Academy, in addition to providing access to the Visitors Center, Administrations and Diversity facilities. One entire wing of the Field House was renovated to accommodate the moving of Admissions and Diversity to Halsey from another building on campus.

A further enhancement of the facility
involved designing an outdoor plaza that extended from the seawall promenade to the renovated wing housing the relocated Admissions and Diversity. The project also included stabilizing the ongoing settlement of the Field House Race Track.
